Solar cat beds in wicker and wood

The Solar wooden and Solar wicker cat beds are hanging beds that imitate the curve of the sun. By placing the sphere in the centre of the chromed steel tubes, the object becomes a veritable treasure chest for the cat.

Each sphere is unique. The ash wood spheres are made by hand by a wood turner. This know-how is rare: only a few craftsmen in the world master the art of making a wooden sphere by hand.

The white wicker spheres are woven by hand by basket weavers in France. The wicker allows a subtle mix between tradition and modernity which gives this object a unique aestheticism.

The fabric of the dog beds is GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certified and not chemically treated, to provide your pets with a healthy and long-lasting experience. The foam used for the interior of the creations comes from Europe and is 100% recyclable.

Bogarel cat beds all have a removable and machine washable cover, for easy maintenance and optimal hygiene.

Handcrafted cat beds

Bogarel dog and cat beds are handmade by French, Italian and Portuguese craftsmen. The materials are vegan and chosen for their low carbon footprint, their durability and beauty.

The wooden cat beds are made using solid ash wood that is PEFC certified, i.e. it comes from protected forests that are managed in an eco-responsible way. Sacha Lakic chose to work with ash for its veining and its unique grain, which brings elegance to the furniture.

Wicker cat beds are made using an ancient art: basket weaving. This means that each sphere is hand-woven by French artisans. It takes about 6 hours of work to make a cat and dog bed. The white wicker is both thin and resistant, it fits perfectly into contemporary interiors.

Customizable wooden cat beds

It is possible to add a velvet bedding at the foot of each Bogarel cat and dog bed.

The cover is made from recycled bottles in Italy. This soft material is pleasant for your four-legged friends, they can lie down comfortably. In order to integrate them into your decoration, the velvet bedding is available in three colours and you can also choose to leave the base empty. The fabric is easy to clean and very durable.
