Bogarel's mission is to magnify the interior while respecting and meeting the needs of the cat. The Planetarium collection is an ode to the beauty of the universe and its planets: each piece of designer cat furniture has a visual lightness made possible by the celestial shapes of the objects.

The entire collection is made by French and Italian craftsmen with 100% European, vegan and eco-responsible materials.

The Bogarel luxury cat furniture was born from an exceptional meeting between two experts: the main designer of Roche Bobois, Sacha Lakic and the professional breeder of the cattery le Clos d'Eugénie, Valérie Mounier.

Luxurious cat trees imagined by a breeder and created by a designer

Sacha Lakic and Valérie Mounier have combined their know-how to offer contemporary and modern cat trees.

Each natural wooden cat tree has been imagined by Valérie Mounier in order to optimise the well-being and comfort of the animals. Every detail is present to remind cats of their natural world and offer them a real playground.

Sacha Lakic wanted to give cat accessories a real decorative added value. Bogarel's products are minimalist and design-oriented and fit in perfectly with modern, elegant interiors.
The use of ecologically responsible materials in the manufacture of cat furniture.

All of the materials used for the modern cat trees have been selected with environmental responsibility in mind.

The entire Bogarel collection is PETA approved. This label indicates that a product has not been tested on animals and does not contain any ingredients of animal origin.
Every material used is either recycled or recyclable and comes exclusively from Europe.

Solid ash wood

The natural wooden cat trees are made from solid ash wood from French forests in the Auvergne-Rhône Alpes region. It is PEFC certified, meaning it comes from a protected and responsibly managed forest.
The luxurious cat trees are handmade from solid wood which reminds the animals of the trees in which they climb and relax.

Cork from protected forests

The cork comes from the cork oak forest "la Dehesa": a natural ecosystem unique in the world in Portugal. The particularity of cork is that it is extracted from the bark, which allows it to regenerate throughout its life, which lasts on average 170 years.

Design cat furniture spheres with white wicker

Bogarel uses a basketry company to weave its white wicker spheres. The art of weaving plants has existed since the dawn of time and in all countries of the world.
White wicker is used for high-quality objects because the strand is more regular. It allows for finer braiding while maintaining strength.

Cat scratching posts made of natural hemp rope

Bogarel's designer cat scratching posts are made from natural hemp rope. This material makes the cat really want to scratch as it gives it the feeling of a tree bark.

The chrome steel tubes used for each handmade cat tree

Bogarel has chosen recyclable chrome steel, which is manufactured in a small factory in Italy. This steel is infinitely recyclable as well as all the waste and offcuts linked to its production. All the products in the collection have a steel structure.

The velvet of Bogarel wooden cat beds

Velvet is a thick, durable fabric. It is soft to the touch and gives your cat a pleasant feeling. It is easy to care for and can be gently machine washed for the cushions and sponged for the cat bedding.
